Starting my own business and working from home has been a dream of mine for many years.  I quickly realized that I no longer wanted to work the traditional 40 hour a week job trading time for money and feeling unfulfilled every Friday only to race through the weekend and return right back to the same scenario on Monday morning.  

Have you ever experienced working for a corporation for years spending 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 hours a week away from your family to pour your life into that company where you thought you had job security only to find out that you are indeed dispensable? 

How did it feel when all of your efforts and loyalty went unnoticed and were stomped on by an insensitive manager whose aim it was to bully you and everyone in his or her path just because he or she wore the title of a “Manager?”  “Managerial Bullying” in real in corporate America which should not exist, because no company can exist without a dedicated support staff.  

That’s why I made the conscious decision to leave the traditional 40 hr. week job
